hey guys, so i bought my derby about six months ago. the bloke i bought it off was a nice genuine vw loving bloke. he asks me about the car a lot ect. anyway i don't feel like hes messed me about.

i never received my new log book however, he claims to of followed all the right procedures and what not. i know that you can apply for a new log book but does anyone know the process?

you can apply for the log book if you gogole it the form will come up.

if he hasnt sent it off and its still in his name hes liable for you speeding and parking errors
