ClubPolo Retro Theme/Skin

Featured Replies

Before we changed to the latest version of IP.Board we used to run an older skin. Once we had updated the new skin was erm... Highly criticised, I think someone said we just looked like Ed 38. Well I've been slowly rebuilding the original theme to work with our latest version of the forums.

Here are a few screenshots;

I'm opening this up to ClubMembers only for now to test.

This is probably way over due but I thought it would be nice for members (if they want to) to choose a skin. Although I'm aware most of us are used to the new skin and probably prefer it, but hey, it's always nice to have a choice.

So now I need testers, I tried to get this as close as I could to the original skin but obviously there will be some changes due to the software.

To try out the skin, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Change Skin' > 'ClubPolo Retro' - If you don't like it you can always change it back. The current skin will remain the default skin to guests and normal members.

Enjoy!

Newcomer who's used to 3.4.5, but I'm not too picky about skins either way. I do think Retro is quite nice and sleek, though it seems to lack something without the picture in the header. But that's could be a good thing too IMO - with Retro, I'm not constantly being reminded of how badly I want a hella grill :P

Also worth noting, I don't see a link to the gallery on Retro :unknw:

It is there on mine...

Found it, for me it's on the Quick Navigation thing at the far right (had no idea what that was at first). I preferred it with the other links on the left though, one less click :tongue:

I've just added the link Vio, so it's easier to access. Thank you! :D
