Hi fellow polo lovers !

Thought if post a thread of my polo 6n, the car was bought brand new buy my gran in 1999 and was past down to my aunt and then I bought her off my aunt !

When I got the car it had 69,000 miles all standard and allot of rust as most of you will know :L

Here's some pictures of when I got her, I decided stupidly to paint the splitter grill and badges along with put a minty fresh sticker on the back 😷

Update got a set of coilovers online and dropped the car,

along with a set of 16v bumpers for £50

Now for some alloys

Found a set of Bbs 1 peice with tyres on gumtree so went and picked them up and brought them home and fitted them the following day

What a difference a nice set of wheels can do to your car !

Seen a neglected polo on my drive home so decided to pull up and take a picture of Pedro beside it

I seen a few people had fitted the 6n2 rear lights I really liked them so managed to get a hold of a set from the local scrappy, was a bit fiddily with the wires and sorting them out, at one point my indicators were my brakes 😂 but eventually got them sorted

got my new plate from my girlfriend for my 21st ,also treated the car to a new back box, seen it on gumtree so picked it up and put it on the car along with fitting the new plates and some stickers along with a new badge for the boot, not very noticeable from this picture but it's all about the details 😜

Seen a company on Facebook that were doing something similar to fly eye, it's called chameleon film, I bought some on eBay for about £7 was enough to do both lights 2 or 3 times if I'm lucky. Not to sure about being mot passable but for the sake of £7 I thought why not ae !

What's your opinions people ? 😀

Looks nice! Wheels do make a huge difference!

Cheers mate I like it too wasn't to sure on it being illegal but past plenty of police cars and never been pulled, al try get some close up pictures for you today mate and yes what a difference wheels can make to a car !
