How much would the loom be as well? And is there anything else needed to fit this to a standard Mk3 setup?

it'd be a case of having the loom fabricated using the connectors in the sale

You only need a single wire (red/blue wire) from the dash control to the headlight motors, the supply (yellow wire) is from the dipped beam and a ground (brown wire) then at the dash control you need the same yellow wire to the dipped beam from the column switch, a ground brown wire & a backlighting supply grey/blue wire

standard fit in europe , I'm sure you could find a loom on ebay.de
