I know I'm probably going to regret this as she's well behaved and hasn't caused me any concern in the time that I've owned her, but the Polo is up for sale. Just passed MOT this week and car has no rust at all. There is a couple of scratches on the bodywork and the front bumper is suffering from lacquer peel, but apart from that bodywork is in great condition.

This is an SE model with 16v bumpers, front fogs (although not wired in at present), front headlight covers, 6n2 seats front and rear, 6n2 steering wheel and gear knob (although gear emblem on top pops off) VW mats, aftermarket CD player, rooflining retrimmed with Marvel superheroes, 6n2 rear lights, rear wiper removed (dewiper plate fell of last week however), SPAX adjustable suspension kit, baby G60 steels which were refurbed before fitting along with smooth centre caps. I'll even through in the dice dust caps as I'm a generous guy.

In the time I have owned her the clutch cable has been replaced, the timing belt was replaced at 84794 miles, both rear wheel bearings were replaced last month always at a VW Main Dealer as we have one in the motor group I work for so get parts and labour discount.

Bad Points

All cars have them!

The clutch biting point is low apparently, I have never noticed it to be honest, but the MOT tester did mention it.

The gearchange oil seal is weaping slightly.

Priced to sell and I know I'm going to regret it as this is one of the most reliable cars I've ever owened, but I'm bored and fancy a change to go back to my Fast Ford roots
