I'll certainly be taking a wee nosey at this at the social. It's an interesting wee project. I'm glad to hear its running ok.

Yeah come have a nosey :) it runs good apart from first start up as I havnt got a choke (race car and that ;) ) it takes abit to warm it up.

Good news and bad news, car is back on the road and I had an awesome drive to my girlfriends house about 20 miles, but now something's not quite right it won't start :( more investigating tommorow morning, I'm meant to be doing an auto test tommorow but I'll have to see what happens, if not I'll be calling the rac in the morning.

Not so good mate. How did it feel on the road?

  • Author

It's very good on the road and pulls really hard, the car got sorted at 8 this morning rac gave me a jump, cause of problem to much fuel pressure on idle so I wound the fpr down and happy days! I went to the car show and Evan did an autotest however I was struggling for traction, a few teething issues but hopefully I can sort everything :)

So Matt black under bonnet or cream? With sticker bombing or without? :)

Do a rising sun. JDM y0!

If not I'd go cream.

Probably best to do cream.

German flag under bonnet for extra GDM scene points, more original than sticker bombing

Or plain cream.

I'm thinking cream would be cool.

Not Geldof.

I've done a total of 101 miles now, went for a long drive yesturday, what a rocket haha.

Fancy taking me for a demonstration of the vehicles abilities at the show?

I understand if you don't because then everyone will want a go!

I was gonna say 'me too!' but I'm driving up with you so I'll no doubt see it. ;) I'm very interested though.

As long as it's not on the site.!!! [emoji106] [emoji3] One year we had someone racing round and we had to host it at another location the following year. :(

That goes without saying for me. People like that can ruin an event for everyone involved.
