last time i checked no where listed one or wanted to know.. gsf dont do full sets for small engine cars apparently

the bits are fairly cheap, you can get the sump/head gaskets from GSF, and one of the two block side flanges too from gsf. infact, you can get all the seals from there too for the block and head...

Oh right, i asked my local VW specialist aswell if complete bottom end gasket/seal sets are available, and he also confirmed that they werent.

How about a cylinder head set? There's a few on GSF but none that mention PY or G40, (not that i can see anyway!)

nah, you'l have to piece together the bits yourself and order the individual bits. all the gaskets etc are fairly cheap.

Cheers, I'm now in the process of sorting all the bits out indiviadually. Cant determine which valve stem oil seal i need though??

good luck with the stem seals. from etka all i could see is that i needed the 8mm ones.... so i bought those. when i did my head, it had already had them replaced once, and they were 7mm ones... so i used the ones i got with the 3F/GT head gasket set from a year ago that i still had sealed in a box.

best thing with the stem seals is to take the head apart and pull one off - and measure it or compare it to a new one.

its the same company. and yes i'd recommend! plus they look good (bright blue!)... until you fit the gearbox. lol

you get the full kit including release bearing from them too. workmanship is good on the uprated bit!
