Hello people, can someone tell me how to remove this unit?

I know there is one bolt in the glove box and 2 others under the unit, and 2 more after removing the plastic under the unit

is there anything else? bolts or something?

Seem to recall there were two screws under the glovebox & drivers underdash trim and then two more at the rear of the unit once the centre console was removed ??

Underdash trim - do you mean the plasctic part under the wheel?

Do i need to remove the centre console??? really no mood for that since i've never done it before

Is it a hard thing to do? or just removing the screws and pulling out?

Never mind, I figured how to do it, it's a pretty long process and many bolts to remove, but ok

Sorry to bump this thread,but can someone please post some clear instructions on how to remove the centre console?

I've tried www.workshop-manuals.com but there is only 6n, 9n I think and 6R?

including what to remove in order to start removing it at all

Looks like its taken from workshop-manuals but I dont find it there

It was taken from a copy of the dealers manuals it's available on ebay search for ElsaWin, it's a big program 80Gb+ it covers all of the VAG cars from 1995 to date
