Aww man I've never seen Teddies in real life! What are you having issues finding?

  • Author

A roof rack that will fit and with lowering don't really want to scratch the teddies up but if I went lower they will be scratching under the rear arches :/

roof racks have been done to death

I don't quite understand ?

I brought a roof rack but it only lasted a week, the wind noise coming off it was driving me mental

  • Author

Oh shit do you still have it ?

To be fair - that looks spot on as it is! In my view faux rat (matt paint, roof racks full of tat) has been done too much, especially on clean cars like yours. Going lower on those wheels is going to give you trouble. I'd get a better front bumper and otherwise, enjoy!

Cheers mate what kind of bumper the same one but newer?

Yeah, that one looks like someone's pulled it off and whacked a couple of coach bolts in to put it back on. Shame really because it lets a really nice looking car down.

Yeah kept it just incase of emergencies, might come in handy.

How wide are the teddies, probably get away with lowering a bit

Well I don't remember how wide but if I went lower it would be scrapping the arches so doubt I'll do it

cheers this look good will bid away haha

If you was to lower this wouldnt the arches scrub the tyres not the wheels?

Correct me if I'm wrong, just curious

I'm from near Exeter currently building a 1.4 turbo mk2f coupe :) saw this near branscombe about a month back driving towards beer/seaton?

To stick with the topic I think the mk2 eyebrows would look good

  • Author

Yeah I work at the masons arms in branscombe haha nice, and true about the tyres when I first bought it the tyres were rubbing and it cracked one of my rear arches so tyres wheel either way can't do it
