I'm searching for a english brake booster. Who has one on stock?

If there are any people going to the dutch polo meeting in Cuijk, is it possible to bring the brake booster to the meeting?

U can PM me.

Nobody?

Do you mean a brake servo?

As British cars are right hand drive they are unusually rare on Mk1 and Mk2 Polo.

We all have strong braking legs and no fear.

Oh oke! Didnt know that. Tnxz.

try ebay.de if you cant find one localy

It seems to be that the UK brake servo is shorter than the EU version because its placed right in the engine bay.

as said the mk2 (round headlamp cars) never had a servo for the right hand drive uk market

do you mean the mk2f square headlamp cars ? they did have servos

like this car here..random google pic

Just lookin for a 86c brake booster/servo. Sqaure headlamp model will do fine. It must be placed in a derby 1F.

What about this?

You could ask nicely whether they will ship to the Netherlands.

Tnxz, unfortunately the frame is missing which holds de booster.

I've asked the seller a question.

I've got one, do you need the master cylinder too or just the servo unit?

I'm not sure if you're aware of the difficulties of fitting on of these but the servo fouls the firewall in early cars

Are you sure? I've fitted a G40 brake servo in my derby '81. But it seems the G40 servo is too big when u place a 1.6 16V.

Sorry, you obviously have left hand drive cars. Asking for a UK servo, I assumed you would be putting it into a right hand drive car.

As you were, sorry

I pm'd you.

If you need it bringing over to the show let of know as I'm heading that way :)

@Mark-crox

That would be nice.
