If you're looking for a scene -friendly V -Dub that outranks the Golf in terms of rarity, costs buttons to run and is great to drive, then you've just found it.

Featured on Discovery channel's 'TURBO PICKERS', the car had been off the road for a few but was re-commissioned and fully MOT' d ready to be enjoyed once again. The mileage is just 63,515 miles which is verified by the presence of old MOT certificates. Overall the car is very presentable but has a few marks and scratches as you might expect for a car of this era. The interior is also in very good condition as you would expect for a car of this mileage.

The car has all of its original bumpers, trims and wheels in place. The 'S' model for this year has a distinct wheel and these are in overall good condition though could benefit from a refurb. Out on the road it drives very well with a crisp and eager power delivery and a lovely gear change. We have records of the entire MOT run in the full book pack but no information with regards to servicing. Overall its an amazing starter classic or a cheap and rare gateway into cool VW ownership.
