I am currently looking to replace the drivers side wing on the polo and have been looking online and can only find them for the 1.4. Now mine is a GTI although I don't see the difference there might be so o was wondering if anyone knew or would this part just fit ? Thanks for the help

The wing will physically fit but you might have tyre clearance issues as the part number for the GTi wing is different to all other models


(1) 6N0821021G wing left / PR-6EA

(1) 6N0821021H wing / for models with tyre size: left 185/55X14, 195/45X15 / GTI PR-6EJ

(1) 6N0821022G wing right / PR-6EA

(1) 6N0821022H wing / for models with tyre size: right 185/55X14, 195/45X15 / GTI PR-6EJ

I have 15inches on my standard 6N2 1.4 and the arches are well clear of the wheels if it makes any difference.

The wings are all the same and will fit.

The only thing other then maybe the tyre clearance is the extra section of the washer tank but that's on the passengers side anyway.

Also the letter for the GTI wing above is H so it's a revision of the original (g) so perhaps an inner arch mounting tab has moved? Or is no longer there.

It will physically bolt up and I'm sure the inner arch will fit fine.
