Hello everybody,

Here I have a full set up to convert from standard 239mm to 256mm:-

Girling 54 calipers

The all important carriers to bolt straight on,

256mm discs

Pads with plenty of life left in them,

Bleed nipples on the calipers are both free, threads are perfect on the hoses

I will also include a pair of mk2 golf gti calipers which can be used to attach the rare air scoops to, that was my intention but never got round to fitting them,

So to recap you will get:-

4 calipers

2 carriers

2discs

And 2 sets of pads

Hoses not included as you can use your own

Hopefully the links have worked, as you can see then could do with painting I've ran then like that for 2 years and never bothered me.

Yes they are still available!

The air scoops were apparently fitted as an optional extra to early mk2 golf gtis they turn up on eBay from time to time and protrude from the inside of the wheels and take air from the inner arch via a duct somewhere but don't take that as the absolute truth maybe somebody can shed some light on it.....

Are they like # 18 in this picture ?

Was going to say the ones I've seen are on early mk2 GTis but they go from the splitter the down to the brakes. Like early splitters that have a square cut out on each side was for them
