Are they the same calipers as g40's golf gti 8v's etc? Will they fit a Gt (with Gt carriers)

They look like VWII calipers just the flexi hose connection is different.

Yeah that's what I thought, it's probably not gonna be worth changing the front hoses as I already have braided on all four corners. Shame cause I got them for £15 posted, oh well will have to cancel the order if they'll let me. Thanks for your help mate

They are the same mounting etc, but as above the hoses mount differently.

I'm not sure how your hoses mount, but the threads will be the same.

I have seen the type that are almost like a bolt on the end of the hose (so you wind the whole hose to thread in), and the 6n uses the banjo type. I sold a set recently and both those fittings threaded in and haven't heard back from the buyer so I assume they fitted fine?

I can confirm that they will sit on the carries fine. However the lines are a slightly different thread. Tried to fit some to my gt yesterday.

After reading the above post from dixy maybe different models have different threads? But my gt lines certainly didn't want to go in

Has anyone measured the 6n(2) flexi lines to see if they are the same length as the mk2f line?
