Hi All,

I'm looking for some advice on headlight bulbs,

basically i want to upgrade my sidelight bulbs, dipped headlight bulbs, main beam headlight bulbs and fog light bulbs but i want to upgrade to bright white white instead of the dull yellow of standard bulbs, does anyone have any suggestions? or has anyone done this?

im looking to do the same to my polo, i have osram nightbreaker 110% in my bike and il be fitting a set into my car as well, as for the side lights and fog lights if you want them to match then go with more osram bulbs or led ones of ebay, il be buying mine after payday so il let you know how i get on

Change the bulbs by all means, but quite often there develops a fairly large voltage drop over the light circuit.

Cleaning up the earth connections is a good start, but there are often gains to be made (especially if more powerful bulbs are fitted) by re-wiring the lights with cable having a greater cross sectional area.
