Just wondering if the normal mk2 golf seats would fit in my breadvan? And if not would the sponge shape be the same as that on the polo seats. As I'm wanting to redo the sponge on the drivers side of the breadvan, and found that vw heritage do a complete new sponge set for the mk2 golf. So would any of it fit the polo

Yes they slide in the runners and bolt in just fine.

But I've always thought they sit a bit high.

Sciroccos sit lower whilst golfs are too high. I put my wind screen through tilting the seat forward. There are height afjustable driver seats which make them sit a little more reasonably
