1.4 MPI 8v produce some whistling noise when engine is cold, usually in winter at faster acceleration. And making that sound by flaw at normal driving . And passing over bumps also make whistle. What it can be problem?

In this video is Lupo 1.0, which produce same noise as 6n2 1.4 when cold. That noise is between 1:46 - 2:15

Hi I have the same problem and I don't know where to look for the answer. Could anyone point me in the right direction please.
