These are 7in, 275lb springs, 2.25in diameter (so compatible with most coilovers). Most coilover kits seem to come with eight-inch springs - obviously that means these will let you drop your car a little lower. They're fairly stiff, good for track use, especially if you've got a top-spec subframe and no longer have an ARB.

You'd probably be looking at £40ish for a set of these if you bought them new. So £20ono.

Collection from Cardiff, or I can post them, or I can meet you somewhere between Cardiff and St Albans one evening and drop them off. I also travel all over the country, so depending on my diary I might be able to deliver them if it's not far off my route.
