I have a Polo 9N3 GTI was looking to buy the brakes off a golf GTI to upgrade the brakes.

Will the callipers manage to fit behind the polos genuine 16" alloy wheels or will I have to go down the route of bigger wheels?

Any advice is appreciated

They will not fit behind 16" wheels the 305mm I had just about squeezed under non standard 16" wheels, but wouldn't accept others. I would say you would need 17" wheels really.

Are you sure the Golf carriers will bolt up to the polo hubs? I don't see them changing the design, but it's best making 100% sure they do before buying them.
