I have been running a cat back powerflow system on my polo mk2f but will be fitting my decat manifold soon so looking to do an upgrade.

Hearing good things about longlife exhausts? Anyone have any thoughts?

What exhaust systems are you guys running?

Are any of you running cars without a back box or middle sections? Or both lol?

I'm thinking of removing the cat and middle section but keeping the back box.

Feel free to add photos of your exhaust system/tailpipes.

421 manifold an jetex 2" sports exhaust

tilpipe is a little larger than I hade hoped. Went for the 2" as the power upgrades will bring me into that band.

Mine was custom made by a local fabricator. Custom 4-2-1 manifold with a 2 inch system and 2 silencers.

If you can afford it, or know someone who can do the work I'd go full custom all the time.

When I was running the supercharger on the GT I had a 4 branch mated to a full custom single box system. Wasn't too loud and had a nice retro kind of note to it.

Also with a custom system you can hang it with better mounts so you don't have to crawl under the car once a week to reattach it.

Is it best to have a flexi pipe or can I make do with one?

Probably best to keep it on??
