Mk2 Bready nearly ready for the road

Featured Replies

Started this project last december when i saved my bready from going to scrap. Looked an absolute wreck with all the laquer peeling off and a lot of welding needed, The interior was litterally brown with dirt. I have way less than £500 on it so far and thats including buying the wheels and new tires plus g40 back axle off of Mr Crox and a new ap suspension kit. Colour may not be to everyones taste but i love white cars. Its now just got to go through its mot then its ready for the road.

Sadly I didn't take many along the way.

Look/s lovely

Really nice, cracking job. Interior pictures?

Yeah, nice work. The gloss bumpers look suprisingly good.

I must say, although I don't like gloss bumpers, I do LOVE that new paint job.

My Polo is Alpineweiss too and I dream, someday, I could paint it just like that.

That looks great :)

Good job!

Bring it down to the Polo Social :)

Looks brilliant.

Cheers everyone it's taken a lot of work but it's nearly there now just rear handbrake to sort for mot now. What does everyone think it would be worth now.

I like it! Black and white is a good mix. HAve you glossed the bumpers as well?

Phwoar. That looks belting. I agree about white, looks real nice, just have to make sure to keep it clean ;)

Hoping to get another car to use as my daily soon so I can get my bready off the road and do a resto.
