6N2 Rear Badge

Hi,

Thinking of taking off the rear badge of my of my 6N2, so just wondering if it is glued on or attached on by screws physically through the boot, meaning when the badge is removed there are holes visible.

Should just be a very sticky foam pad, takes a while to get it off. Best bet is use some fishing wire or dental floss. Warm the badge up a little with a hair dryer or heat gun. Put your hand on the paintwork directly next to us so you can tell how warm it's getting. Then slip the floss behind the badge and it should come off with a bit of work.

It will leave a fair bit of glue behind however you do it. You can either warm this up and roll it into a ball or use some white spirit.

But no, no screws, just a whole lot of sticky stuff :)
