What is that front bumper from? Looks mean

It used to have a black plastic "splitter" on it, but it hit the ground every time you went over a mild speedbump even with the miles of room between the wheel and the arch, so after totally destroying it on one bump, it came off! Personally, I think the car looks better for it.
