Been caught speeding

Featured Replies

It looks like they have your face on the photo. If it isn't identifiable as you, it could have easily have been someone else driving, such as your good mate from Albania, Brazil or somewhere else; far, far away. You only have to provide the name and address of the driver, and as he's now gone home, there's not a thing they can do about it.

Incidentally, I've been flashed many times and never busted. Always lending my car to foreigners...

That's not the picture from me mate, that's good advice but I'm not quite sure I would get away that easily, I'm sure everyone would do it otherwise haha

Providing false info normally ends in a jail term !! (Member of Parliament and his ex Mrs a year or two ago got done, She took the points for him?)

Yeah I remember that nige, dw I wouldn't do it haha

"If you can't do the time don't do the crime." We all speed from time to time, but if you are unlucky enough to get caught then just take the points and the fine like a man.

One speeding offence doesn't bother insurance companies 'that' much and you can pay the fine off in installments to the point where it is hardly noticeable.

yeah I aint worried about it steve..insurance would go up by 20 a month if i do take points and cant do a speed awareness course. I can live with a fine lol...I spend 3 times what the fine would be on food when I'm working nights and shit I dont need.
