I've had a 1 litre sat around for a couple of years, and Polo show made me want to drag it out and get it going.

There's two wires cut in the bundle behind the disi. Red/white and possibly a yellow/light blue (very pale and faded).

I've also got no sign at all of the blue temp sender wiring. Any guesses on the colours on these so I can splice a new plug (save me digging my buried GT out just to check).

Looking at the diagrams, can't find a Red/White, but there are two Red/Yellow, a 1.0mm that goes to the Lambda sensor heater element, or a 0.5mm wire that goes from the ECU pin 6 to pin 2 of the dizzy hall sensor, the only Yellow/Blue seems to be from the ECU pin 12 to the fuel pump relay, could it possibly be a Green/White wire 0.5mm?? if so that's the other wire from the ECU pin5 to the dizzy hall sensor pin 3 ????
