Hello people, I went to change my Ecu chip

Today and of all the polo's I've had this is the only one that has had the chip soldered in place! So do any of you know where I could get it taken out and new one soldered in? I'm located in Leicester so the closer the better... Thanks :)

A friend of mine uses Greasley Electronics at Coalville, but that is for industrial circuit boards, it might be worth a call though.

Know a bloke in Spalding who'll do a nice job. Anyone who mends tellies should be able to do it though.

Get them to solder a socket on, then if you need to change it again in the future, you can DIY it.
