After the choke blank from the mk2 dash if anyone has one?

I refound mine recently while looking for exhaust manifold studs I had put somewhere safe.

But sorry it's a left hand cover 871857367, and you need a right hand cover 872857368.

Is there a difference between the two? :s it's being used to cover my obd port that I've put in so the bracket in the back will be getting chopped out

Must be a difference or VAG/VW would use the same part number. As far as I can tell part number is odd in 3rd place for left, even in third place for right.

Yes, looking closely it is not symmetrical. The right edge is longer than the left edge. So would not fit the hole..
