6n2 Polo Camber & Wheels

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

How does the camber on the rear work? add the m10 washers to the bottom bolt and titan?

Or where would I find camber shims for the rear of a 6n2 polo

Also I have a mate local that will stretch tyres for me I just wanted to know would a 4x100 15s 8j work on my 6n2 polo?

15" x 8J ET15 4x100 4x114 SLIVER GOLD RIVET ALLOY WHEELS

What does the 4x114 and 4x100 mean?

Any help would be great.

Thanks,

Josh

To camber the rear you need to add 1mm washers to the bottom 2 bolts of the stub axle, but do it so it adjusts toe so 2-1 or 3-2 etc etc. I have had both shims and washers and shims worked out much better for me, again go in the same place. Usually found on eBay and such places.

As for wheel 4x100 and 4x114 is the stud pattern, your polo will be 4x100 so they should fit in that sense. You need to know the centre bore too as if too small will need drilled out and too big will need spigot rings. VW centre bore is 57.1mm.

As for 8j without arch work and camber they won't fit in the front if your lowered

Ok awesome thanks,

I could roller the archers and add a small amount of camber this would allow a 8j wheel hopefully.
