Excellent! Are the camber plates worthwhile? Current setup is cheap lowering springs and arb blocks, but have just got some ta coilovers only use it for track days but not sure i want to spend loads on it atm ie subframe ect . But do want to improve the handling, mostly i don't want to have to keep changing the top mounts! Was also considering poly bushes for the front and rear, would it also be worth getting camber plates for the rear I'm guessing negative might help? What would be the optimal ride height when i come to fit the coilovers again purely for track!

If you're tracking it then a subframe is about the best modification you can do. I'd do that before anything else.

As for ride height I have my GT pretty much decked on coilovers and it was fine on track. I'm running GAZ coilovers though.

Yeah sub frame will definitely happen at some point, is the stage 3 one worth the extra £300? Was running at 60mm drop on springs so i will go to the same again, also running toyo r888 which have helped with the major understeer! But definitely no poly top mounts about??
