If we could get a list of names that would want to attend regularly and there approximate locations, we can try and make it fair on travelling distances.

Also, last time we met up, there were a few guys there that don't really use ClubPolo, but I'm pretty sure they might be up for a regular thing

Id say once a month or bi monthly? Somewhere centrally located that could house a number of vehicles on top of normal punters if we use a car park, maybe look to somewhere in the countryside and make it a Sunday afternoonn rather than an evening?

This sounds good. We could make it something like the last Sunday of the month? If we make it every month, then we don't necessarily have to turn up every time (life and such). Mix up the crowd potentially too.
