Easy,

Here I have a 5 speed 8n gearbox, came from a 1.3 mk2 golf. I put it on mine to get me to edition and back. It had a quick lick of paint (por15) and I drained the oil and put some fresh in. It would probably want some new stuff again as I can imagine it had never been changed until I did it.

It has no whines and no crunches.

I'm unsure on the milage on it but it gave me no issues getting to edition and back.

It needs a quick clean as it has greasy hand prints and coolant on it.

I also have the top brace for it but I didn't use it as I didn't like the look of it so it's unpainted and covered in crap.
