Does anyone know where these go? I seem to have aquired some and since early golfs and polos have the same style seats and mounts figured the are probably supposed to go somewhere but everything seems fine without them.

Those aren't for polo seats. There are usually come White plastic guides/clips that go on the rear 'legs' of the seat. Sit within the runners. But they are rectangular not triangular
