My polo has three different locks and keys, how can I fix that.

It's annoying carrying around three different keys, and I have no spares

I can only see separate handles and ignitions for sale

buy a full lock set from ebay and swap them all over

Choose a key (the one that fits the ignition would be easiest). Go around the car popping each lock barral out, insert the ignition key it it. You will find this makes some of the little metal spike things stick out the side of the barral, file the sticking out ones down so they no longer stick out. That key will now work in that lock when you put it all back together.

or if your fussy you can take the lock apart and fit new tumblers to match the key ...id go with the file method
