Mk2 coupe interior plastic trim door handle screw cover

Featured Replies

Hi folks,

Attempting to source this little piece of plastic trim that has fallen out of the driver side door handle, covers the screw... Anyone know where I could pick one up? it's about 1.5 inches by 3/4 inch.

Cheers.

There is a whole passenger side handle for a mk2f on eBay at the moment. I don't know if that's any use to you.

Thanks for the responses.

Isn't this the same as all mk2 door handles? If so ill go for a hunt in the shed because I may have a spare one lying around in an old shoe box from a breadvan

I know the near side and off side are swappable but if I remember rightly you need the correct one for the top or bottom of the handle as they are shaped differently.

yea I knew the top and bottom were different, just didn't know if the breadys and coupes were the same? I dont see why they wouldnt be tbh?

I think they are the same, I had a squareback years ago and I'm sure I'd remember if they were different. A quick look through the owners pictures on here would answer that question for certain.
