The real offence here is owning a cavalier

  • Why drive it with no mot, just asking for trouble.

I drove my cavalier earlier with no tax, it's ok tho because it still has mot so no kittens were harmed

The real offence here is owning a cavalier

In my defence it's a proper cavalier, non of that fwd bullshit, and is far from standard

I remember you posting that on here. I thought it was rotten

Nah haven't posted this one on here, only had it since the summer. You might be thinking of the chevette saloon I had a while back?

That's my cav

looks quite nice actually, old vauxhalls were such cool shapes!

It's not a bad old mule, needs a bit of body work and paint and and good tune up. It was built in the early 90's and then dumped in a garage, it's only recently been pulled and recommissioned. The best bit about it is the noise it makes

Can't remember my log in details to veiw it

its a new server so you'd need to re-register, the cav is being stripped to bare metal and re built

Yeah man, that's greasy! Maybe it was the chevette. I seem to remember you having some rusty old Vauxhall. Most old cars are better looking than modern counterparts to be fair

Well it has 16v's, just not in the conventional way

Engine in the boot?

8 in the engine, one on each tyre, plus the spare and three in the radio?

8 on each side of the engine bay..?

8 on each side of the engine bay..?

I'd like to carb one, i've tried getting a work mate to do his but he want's to stick with SU's and do two per side using four A-series style branches.

How can you have an RV8 and not get the KeiHins out..? Imagine the sound it'd make..

Just looking at that, you know it would sound amazing on full chat!

Already looked into it Mikey, if I was keeping it it would of had 8 trumpets sticking out the bonnet. I've recently bought a car I've been chasing since before I could even drive tho, meaning I have to sell most of my cars to fund bringing it back from the dead, escort, cav and golf all need to be moved on :-(

Ah, man.. Just a few weeks ago i might've had that..

Well it's been for sale on retro rides for a while now, you should check the classifieds more often :D

I had tunnel vision. Got a whole list of non-polo cars in mind, dunno when any of those will happen..
