I have a vw breadvan 1989 looking to lower it and I'm looking for some advice.

coilovers are out of my budget at the moment but looking to use springs, can anyone tell me what is best to lower it by?

people are telling me to do 60mm front and back but want to find out from owners themselfs

will be greatful for all the advise that is given

This is a bit dated but still mostly applies. It contains different prices for whole suspension kits http://www.clubpolo.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=93726 worth noting that Philj's kits aren't there anymore. But they are the same as Ta-Technix and can be had even cheaper on German ebay.

I personally prefer 60 front /40ish rear with a 13 inch wheel on a breadvan...There are FAQ's in the suspension section at the top of the page which are packed with information because these questions have all been asked a lot lol There are FAQ's for almost anything you can imagine on this site
