Weller Wheels 14x7.5 ET0 with 185/45/14

Featured Replies

Hey guys and gals,

New here just have a quick question. I'm looking at some Weller wheels for my Polo 6n2 X Reg. They are 14x7.5 ET0 with 185/45/14. Will they fit without any problems? I'm worried about the et 0...

Thanks!!

I assume the tyre size is 185/55/14 as I've never seen a 185/45/14 for sale?

Anyway ET0 would be like running a 38mm spacer on all your standard wheels. Then you have the additional width. You might just get away with the rear, but I'd say the front would be a tight fit, to keep it legal anyway. If any of the tread pattern comes out further than the arch then it is illegal. But I wouldn't go playing with tyre sizes to solve this, 185 section on a 7.5 inch rim is about as thin as you want really.

Your ride height will also effect how they fit as well.

Best thing to do it if they are local see if you can try them on.
