Installed some heated leather seats in my 2005 Polo TDi ages ago, bought the relevant switches and what I thought was the correct plug and play wiring loom for them from Kufatec. However, I have since found out that VW decided to change the wiring/relay set up from 2006 onwards. The seats are from a late 2007 car, the Kufatec loom only covers up to 2006 cars. Does anyone have access to the correct wiring diagram for a 2008 model year Polo with heated seats? Perfectly capable of making my own loom if I have the correct diagram....

They are from ElsaWin it's a copy of the dealers manual.

With the correct diagram to follow, I managed to modify the Kufatec loom to work with the later spec single relay set up I have on my seats. A big thank you to Nige for sorting out the diagrams so I can finally put this job to bed :)

I used to think the heated seats were a bit of a gimmick, but my Octy has them and I love them, eases my backache :)

Working wonders on my backache, even through several layers of clothing :)

The next car I need to get heated seats working in is my Mk.2....

What heated seats would you recommend? I've a 2002 9n 1.4 TDi Sport with cloth trim, but would love to have headed seats fitted to them, especially now with the current temps were experiencing!

Has anyone tried to modify a seat and fit heated seat kits?

I have 2006 polo Goal and I bought a pair of heaters for my seats. They are not general. but i would like to build them in with general switchers. how can I do this job? I read that I need some kind of a control module but I dont know where to buy them. Could you help me? thanks
