Hi all,

I'm selling my Polo MK2F Genesis as I have now got an 04 Polo TDi Sport.

Only selling as I don't drive it any more plus its cluttering up the driveway. (too many VW's on the drive!!)

Its up for sale on eBay with a starting bid of £99.99 and no bidders yet, thought I'd reach to the polo community to see if anyone wants the car.

Gents this is the old man replying on Luke's forum. Battery was definitely good as I tried it on my MK2 Golf. Like I have said in the ebay advert there is absolutely nothing there, no dash lights not even a click of a relay. My brother has just had the same thing on his Corrado VR6 and that was an ignition switch, my first thought was that it may have been the starter but then I would have still had power going to the dash.

I'm sure it is something of nothing but quite frankly I just don't have the time to mess about with it, which is a shame as I do personally like the car and would be happy to keep it. That said it would be good to go to a Polo enthusiast that is going to get it back on the road.

Sold on ebay last night for the princely sum of £155. New owner collecting on Thursday.
