Mk2 breadvan

Featured Replies

I am selling this polo it was my sons, he has now got a mk2 coupe. We bought the coupe as the breadvan had developed a misfire which turned out to be a blown head gasket. Any how since we bought it i have changed the fuel tank( it started to leak where the filler tube enters the tank ),also fitted new shock absorbers and springs all round, replaced distributor cap and spark plugs, have recently changed head gasket and refilled with new antifreeze, at the moment i am running the car to make sure head gasket repair is all good( so far so good).

Mot'd till April i think my son has paperwork will find out to make sure, interior and seats could do with a deep clean but are in good condition. Few dents and dings in the body but car is tidy.

Can sell with 13"bbs g40 style wheels, lowering springs, debadged grille. You would need longer wheelbolts to fit these wheels to the car as stock ones are to short. 65500 miles is what this car has done, it is 1043cc with 4 speed, is running sweet, the cambelt and waterpump looked fairly new when i changed head gasket, also fitted new alternator. Would like to sell it all in one go asking £850 ono any questions please contact me through clubpolo
