I am selling this polo for my sister. This car was going to be used for her to learn in and for her to have as a first car, however she has not yet passed her driving test and we feel it is time to sell the car to a new owner who will be able to put the car to use.

Service book with stamps, paperwork and original instruction manual and booklets included in sale. Previous owner informed me they had family who worked in a garage carry out required services on Polo.

The car does have some minor surface rust as you can see from pictures but this is to be expected with a 26 year old car. Most of the paintwork is in good condition and has been well cared for over it’s life. A notable mark to paint is where a rub strip has been removed, some of the paint has flaked off, although rub strip (included in sale) could be attached back onto car to cover this mark. Overall, bodywork is in good condition for age of car.

I have carried out some minor mechanical and aesthetic work on the car, such as getting the carburetor professionally tuned and replacing number plates to replace faded number plates. I will include a new rocker gasket cover seal as I think there is a minor oil leak from this area, however I have not got around to changing this yet.

Enhancements include:

- De-wipered rear wiper – original motor, blade and fittings included

- Side rub strips removed, but included with car

- Pressed metal plates (legal and marked as required) – Original plates included

- Flashing Red LED to imitate alarm system

- Rear LED indicators, side lights and fog lights – very bright rear indicators and fog with efficient LED relay included to ensure LEDs flash at correct speed

- Upgraded Alpine rear speakers 6x4 – fit within original speaker area
