Mk3 coupe boot lock with key

My lock has come to the end of its life, so worn out that it locks probably 2% of the time so if anyone's got one, must have a key. Holla at me

Have you thought about converting it to electric, with a switch inside or by remote? just remove the key part?

don't know if that's possible in the mk3?

Not something I would consider doing, endeavouring to keep my GT entirely standard

ah okay, nice to see some are being kept stock!

I'll give it a go, but it doesn't help my key is seriously worn as well
