I've been asked by a mate what the rubber part is called the bit in side the car on the rear suspension at the top that the nut sit on top? Thanks!

Rear shock upper mount.

Mine where almost completely perished and made the rear look slammed. I wasn't able to find just the rubbers but found a complete sett of shocks for £20 delivered that came with new rubbers, sleeve and metal cap and is super easy to fit can be done in less then an hour.
