seen some old posts but just wondering if anyone has fitted one of these kits to a later polo.Just got my son a 1.2 s for his first car and wanted to put one on. Any help ,pics ,advice much appreciated

If it's one of their "universal" kits? it's not the best thing to fit on the later cars as they use a single wire from the door switch and switch different resistance for the lock/unlock signals, so you have to chop into the wiring and splice in resistors to get it to work, then you have the next problem that the indicators are controlled by the CANbus system so getting them to work is difficult. The universal kits work best with the older models that switch a 12v supply, The best route would be to replace the CCM (Convenience Control Module) unit to one with the remote.
