Hi everyone

I have a 2004 mk6 1.2 polo. Whilst driving, mainly uphill, I get a drop in power then I get a sudden acceleration. I've changed down gear and that doesn't help.

Does anyone know what this may be?

First thing to check, are there any fault codes stored? then have a very close look at all the vacuum pipes connected to the inlet manifold/throttle body, the main vacuum pipe to the brake servo is a known problem

I've no idea about fault codes to be honest mate. I'll check the other things though thanks.
