I've got a leak dripping down through the passager side dash and can't find anything! It's not the windscreen as it would go white around the leak and I've unblocked the drainage channel but still nothing. Only leaks when it rains as I have tried to find it by spraying a hose on it.

Anyone any ideas?

Have you checked the seals around the pollen filter ?

I've got a 6kv5 with a similar problem. There is an outer windscreen trim and a secondary trim underneath that, which should divert the water away from the cabin air filter and down through the drainage channels. If you haven't already done so, it may be worth checking that secondary trim for cracks or splits. Water will get through even the tiniest cracks in surprising amounts!

To remove and inspect that trim you will need to remove the wiper arms, then the outer trim, which should just pull away. You can then get to the suspect trim that covers the cabin air filter.

Sounds like a lot of work but it's only 10 minutes or so.
