Hello I've got 4 steel wheels that came off my polo 6n that has some budget 155/70/13 tyres fitted. Two of the tyres are good. pics

The other two steel wheels with the tyres is bad. 1 tyre has worn on the inside and the other tyre has cracks. which would need replacing
