Featured Replies

Regretful sale of a Mk1 VW Polo LX in very good condition.

Good Points:
Completely restored 1.3 GT engine which turns very smoothly
Brand new stainless manifold with new gasket
Weber Carb with new gasket
5 speed gearbox in great condition
Bodywork in extremely good condition
Brand New Oil and Filter
Suspension completely brand new (OEM, not lowered)
Front Bushing completely redone
Vented Front Brake Calipers
Brand new front brake discs and pads
Upgraded Lighting Loom
Cream VW Corrado leather interior (drivers seat in great condition)
LOADS of spare parts
Clocks with a speedo (or clocks with a clock if you would prefer
Have a PP blocks (fitted) and subframe (not fitted, but available to take)
Lovely and rare 13" BBS wheels

Bad Points:
Needs the electrics putting back in (all the wiring is available)
Needs the exhaust welding up (have most of the exhaust ready
No MOT (it's been out of action for 8 months while I have been restoring it
Needs the heater matrix putting back in (i have two of them to choose from!)

Reason for sale:
Moving to a house with no garage where I can't keep my car, parts and tools in.

Lots of service history for the car. More information on the car available on the link below:

I have loads of information on this car that I have no doubt forgotten about. Please feel free to get in touch with me on 07774030502 or eastwood.nicholas@gmail.com and i will be really happy to talk about it. Feel free to ask for more pictures (i have loads and can take more).

Happy viewing!
