Flash Red 6n 16v

Featured Replies

So I'm starting this a bit late, but thought it'd still be worth sharing what I've done so far! So I bought this little gem around 10 months ago, a completely standard 6n 16v in Flash red. This is my third polo, and probably my favourite.

So like I said, when I bought the car it was completely standard and really solid. I was really impressed with the condition of the car when I went to view it, so impressed that I paid the asking price and drove it home 10 minutes later.

Since I've had the car I've lowered the car on TA Teknix coilovers, upgrading the audio twice, fitted black and red leather colour concept seats, 6n2 rear lights, two boot builds, and fitted matching red BBS RX2's. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Oldest to Newest.

Plans going forward. It does need some body work looking at, its got some bad lacquer peel on the roof and in other places so the next thing on my list is to sort the roof. I'm leaning towards getting it wrapped, as its much cheaper. I'm also looking for a Drive side wing in flash red to replace the current lacquer peeled one, A flash red bonnet due to the hundreds of stone chips and a pair of flash red electric wing mirrors. These are proving harder to find than I though, purely because I'm looking pretty much mint condition panels.

I'll try my best to keep this thread updated, as it would be good to get some feed back and find out what you all think.
