I found out today from a friend, ( some people may already know this) but get a heat gun (standard one for painting) use the heat gun quite close to the bumper, this brings out the oils in the bumper and makes them black again, then use some bumper gel or what ever you've got to keep the unfaded bumpers, keep repeating every couple of weeks, I'll put up a old photo of rear bumper and what it looks like now
